10 days after the massacre in Buffalo, New York, a young man shot and killed at least 21 people at an elementary school.

Lthe killer is again an 18-year-old young man. Salvador Ramos, a resident of Uvalde County, Texas, opened fire around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at an elementary school, Robb Elementary. Armed with a pistol and “maybe a rifle,” according to Republican Governor Greg Abbott, he killed at least 19 children and 2 adults. The school, which has more than 500 students, the vast majority Hispanic, teaches from CE1 to CM1. It was the last day of the school year for these 5- to 7-year-olds. The killer allegedly shot his grandmother first, before entering the premises of the institution, in this city located 137 kilometers west of San Antonio.
